Performers Wanted for Production of "Mauritius"
The company is holding auditions for the suspenseful drama "Mauritius" and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional info: PERFORMANCES: May 2, 3, 9, 10 & 17 at 7:30pm and May 4 & 18 at 2:00pm. Auditions will consist of readings from the script. Actors are asked to sign up for an audition slot below. Groups will be seen in hour long slots over the two evenings. All characters use adult language throughout and are each involved in staged fights to be handled by a fight choreographer. Actors auditioning should be comfortable with this. When applying, please include acting experience list and headshot.

Can be timid and indecisive - but once she finally sets her mind to something - she will see it though no matter the cost. We see her grow from an emotionally fragile orphan to holding her own against three strong and dangerous men in an illegal high-stakes game.
Unapologetic in his inflated sense of self-worth and his geekiness. He knows more about stamps and storm trooper outfits then you could ever hope to learn - and while he's not who you expect to be the alpha of the trio of men in this show - he knows opportunity when he sees it and how to finesse it.
Smooth and confident on the outside, on the inside he is secretly hoping that everything doesn't fall apart - while he likes people to think he has everything under his control - he knows deep down that he is relying on luck being on his side, and people falling for his smarmy charm.
Sentimental while also being closed-off. She puts on a stubborn front, but is easily flattered by men. While she's anxious to put her family dynamics behind her - she wants desperately to beat Jackie in the family battle of wits.
Nasty piece of work. While in his mind he thinks he's in it for the money - he's really in it for his ego. His world is his business - so to him all business is personal.
