Casting actors for Horror short film set in the 80s, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Three best friends who grew up as neighbors together (A.J., Cassie, and Drew) are experiencing the drama of growing up and falling in love when strange things start to happen around them. A.J. faces his own family falling a part in front of his eyes, as well as his neighborhood and school, but he spends his days worried about getting Cassie to like and date him. Once they realize what is going on it is too late to go back home. Logline: A group of three adolescent friends is caught in the middle of an unexpected invasion while trying to figure out their high school life, family life, and romantic interests. She talks to everyone in the neighborhood and occasionally hangs out with Drew's mom

A.J.'s dad. Very goofy and good humored, he is always trying to get a punchline in. He works at a tech company, every day from 9 to 5, sometimes on weekends too. The house they live in is the house they bought when they got married. He is a devoted husband and likes to surprise his wife and kid when possible. He is the one who got A.J. and Drew into movies and he has a massive VHS collection in his studio.

No dialog The oldest teacher in the high school. He has been a mathematics teacher since 1955, when they first started allowing colored students. He sometimes confuses the years and brings up things from the past. He loves talking to students and will often engage them in very long and repetitive conversations.

MISS. JANE MCKAYFemale30-39 y.o.All ethnicities

No dialog Professor McKay wanted to be a professional artist and moved to California to study and start selling her art. Her mother got sick a couple years ago and she had to go back to Ohio to take care of her. She is very idealistic and relaxed. She usually lets students do whatever they want because she understands that most students only take her class to get an easy credit. However, when she sees talent in people, she usually dedicates herself to developing it.
