Seeking 9 actors for a Zoom reading of the new musical "A Shadow of Light". ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the details below. About the project: "Step into the world of A Shadow of Light, a powerful new musical that follows the journey of Crystal and Jason, two passionate dreamers from different worlds who create their own show in a dazzling broadway setting. Amidst love, ambition, and personal struggles, they discover the transformative power of resilience and connection." Rate: No pay for the reading, but paid opportunities for upcoming workshops and theatrical run. Additional info: Open to all locations: you must have access to a computer with Zoom with strong internet connection. Time commitment: approx. 1.5 to 2.5 hours total, staggered across a few days during the first 3 weeks of December. Please include your availability. When applying, please include your resume, headshot, and 32 bars of a song in the style of musical theater/pop/rock. Include an acting reel if available.
