Passionate Singers Needed for Upcoming Paid Project

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Directors are hiring local singers who are passionate about sharing their love of music through organic engagement with older adults. Please, see the details below. Rate: This is a paid contract; performers MUST have flexible daytime availability. Additional information: Please prepare an uptempo song from the 1930's-1970's. Genres such as country western, doo-wop, disco, Irish, and Newfoundland are preferred. Performers MUST be comfortable interacting with seniors and able to accommodate unexpected participation. The company will provide Dementia Sensitivity and Engagement Training to enhance skills for visits. Interactive daytime performances in long-term care homes and other community venues will happen in early 2025.
