Dawn is the youngest of the waitresses and the newest to the diner. Endearing and genuine. Dawn is eccentric, wonderfully unusual, and not so slightly OCD. She sets the tables, painstakingly ensuring each salt and pepper- shaker is equidistant from the napkin holder. Thick glasses, hair parted 14 centimeters to the left. Has an excellent pop/rock/folk voice. Mezzo-soprano G3 - Eb5. "WAITRESS"
The oldest of the three waitresses. Becky has been at the diner the longest. Irreverent, irascible, been there - done that - and made it back. Becky has a wicked sense of humor with excellent comedic timing. Has a soulful pop voice with an excellent pop belt. Mezzo-soprano Eb3 - Eb5 "WAITRESS"
ORDERLY: One of Dr. Evans’s assistants. Dark, mysterious, and very observant. Says little but sees much. He wears an asylum employee uniform. /MORIARTY: Sherlock’s nemesis and suspect at the incident at Reichenbach Falls. He is an older man with a dark and quizzical personality. /INSPECTOR: Once a comrade of Sherlock’s, he is the one who inspects the incident at the masque ball. (British Accent) "HOLMES AND WATSON"
A classic depiction of Sherlock Holmes with a patient’s uniform. Charismatic and sharp, Holmes 1 presents himself as the true detective, with mannerisms reminiscent of the traditional Holmes we know. His logic is cutting, and his demeanor is precise and calculating. Embodies both intelligence and mystery, blending traditional Holmesian characteristics with an air of unease. "HOLMES AND WATSON"
Identical to Holmes 1 but with longer hair, a beard, and mustache, giving him an almost Christ-like appearance. He is passionate and erratic, deeply haunted by guilt and doubt. Wears a straitjacket. Strong emotional depth, balances between brilliance and torment. Physical expressiveness is essential. "HOLMES AND WATSON"
A haunting figure, identical in appearance but with a shaved head and hollow, sunken features. This version of Holmes is silent, deaf, and emotionally distant, adding an eerie element to the mystery. Strong non-verbal acting required. A commanding presence through minimal movement and silence. "HOLMES AND WATSON"
Male presenting singers/dancers for the Ensemble of Something Rotten!
