Rate: MAIN ROLES RATES Hero Talent Rate: $600 Hero Usage Rate: $2,000 Hero Renewal Rate: $900 per talent EXTRAS RATE $350 per day Flight, hotel & $50 per diem/day will be covered for non-local talent. Additional info: Travel paid Shoot in Hawaii Shoots between Sept 30 - Oct 1 Hawaii locals preferred, please note if you are local to Hawaii. Maui locals preferred. A photoshoot for Tevimbra, which is used to treat lung cancer. Patients and caregivers will be gathered at a table in a beautiful Hawaiian setting. Please Note: This production is set in a remote location. Talent may need to walk long distances, ride in an ATV and may be exposed to the sun for several hours.
