Crypt Tales: Denver Vampire Underworld
Casting Denver-area actors for “Crypt Tales: Denver Vampire Underworld,” a short film shooting September 24–26, 2026. Filming is planned across all three days, with performers scheduled according to role and availability. The Crypt will serve as the production’s central nightlife area, with exterior and nearby urban scenes planned; any interior filming is subject to venue approval. Additional scenes may take place at a club lounge, studio, Gothic-glam house, speakeasy-style venue, cemetery, and downtown street locations, w/ cast after-party. The story follows a stylish vampire gang that controls the nightlife scene, recruits victims, and conducts coordinated vampire initiations. Casting female and male vampires, plus ensemble vampires, slayers, victims, nightclub patrons, and urban action roles. Scenes will be taught, rehearsed, and guided on set. Selected performers will pre-RSVP and receive their assigned filming date, call sheet, location, wardrobe guidance, and scene information.

Starr is a stunning female vampire who helps recruit night life patrons with her gift of glam and seduction. She has strong screen presence and ability to participate in a variety of vampire horror action sequences.
Carmina is the clan’s fearless female enforcer. She is glamorous and in the night life and blends in only to lure victims into the underworld where they are bitten and turned.
Katrina night club goer who is bitten and turned into a seductive Vampire. She tries to hide her blood thirst but finds herself battling between immortality and humanity.
Adonis is an enforcer of the vampire clan. He leads the vamps in the night as they turn victims as they overwhelm the night life. He recruits and initiates victims with a commanding presence and strong movement.
Kane is the clan’s relentless co-leader who desires to start his own kindred. He turns victims in the nightlife district and builds a team of underworld ready vampires.
Marco is the wild-card impulsive member of the vampire crew. Stylish, energetic, and eager to prove himself, as he has strong energy, and the ability to subdue victims before feeding upon them.
Ensemble actors/ performers needed for background roles (supporting, main, and extras fill in). Should be flexible taking direction, reacting naturally on camera, and maintaining character throughout group scenes. Needed for a variety of action scenes (E.g., Vampires, victims, slayers, and extras). Gothic, alternative, vampire, horror, fashion, nightlife, or dark-fantasy aesthetics are strongly encouraged.
