Looking for 7 performers for a new musical 'Girl All The Bad Guys Want' premiering at the New York Theater Festival. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the breakdown below. About the project: 'Girl All The Bad Guys Want' is a jukebox musical using the music of Pop-Punk band Bowling For Soup. It follows a group of friends in their 20s trying to find themselves in the world of love. Rate: This job is currently unpaid. Additional info: Call backs TBD based on your availability. Rehearsals will be held based on availability, hopefully 2-3 nights a week mid-September-November. Show dates are November 19th, 22nd, and 23rd. Tech will be held before the show on the 19th. When applying, please include headshot/resume and a link to a self tape of you singing your favorite rock/punk/pop-punk song. It does not have to be a Bowling For Soup song, but it can be if you want. Submissions will be accepted by 12 PM EST on August 21st.

Calm, cool, and collected, she is who everyone wants to be friends with. A rocker with tattoos and dark black hair, think like a Joan Jett type.
He/him or they/them, mid 20s, best friend to anyone who talks to them which is good because they're a bartender. They are also a video game expert and a bit of a nerd. They have to keep the gang together, they are their rock.
Rugged looking man’s man with deep insecurities. He's cool, but not too cool, kind of a dick.
Tank of a man with a temper issue. The bad guy, bigger than everyone else and uses that to his advantage.
