About the project: With an infectiously unforgettable score from Tony, Oscar, and Grammy Award winner Stephen Schwartz, Pippin is the story of one young man’s journey to be extraordinary. Heir to the Frankish throne, the young prince Pippin is searching for the secret to true happiness and fulfillment. He seeks it in the glories of the battlefield, the temptations of the flesh, and the intrigues of political power (after disposing of his father, King Charlemagne the Great). In the end, though, Pippin finds that happiness lies not in extraordinary endeavors but in daily extraordinary moments. Additional info: Actors are asked to arrive to sign in within the first hour of the audition start time. The Theatre has an open casting policy for all the productions. As an organization, they welcome actors of all genders, races, and abilities to audition. Newcomers are especially welcomed and encouraged. Please bring all your outdates from September through the opening of the show. Please prepare a 32 bar cut of a song that shows off your voice. Performance Dates: November 15, 22, 23, 29, 30, 2024 at 8 pm, November 16, 17, 24, and December 1, 2024 at 2 pm.
