Men and women sought for the upcoming theatre show "9 to 5 The Musical ". Please find more details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Step into the workplace revolution of the 1970s with 9 to 5, a musical comedy based on the hit movie. Follow the story of three unlikely friends — Violet, Judy, and Doralee — as they team up to take down their sexist, egotistical boss and transform their workplace. Featuring a toe-tapping score by Dolly Parton, including the iconic title song, 9 to 5 is a hilarious and empowering journey that will have you laughing and cheering. Additional information: Those auditioning should prepare a 32-bar musical selection in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided — no a cappella. Callbacks will be held on August 7 at 6:00 PM and will include choreography and readings from the script. Please bring all schedule conflicts between August 26 and October 20.
