ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. The company needs a social and content specialist for upcoming projects. More details are below. Rate: $55,000-$65,000. Additional information: A flexible remote or hybrid schedule. As the Social and Content Specialist, your mission will be to bring the companies corporate brand to life through carefully crafted online channels, key relationships, and creative assets. You will build and execute comapnie's brand voice and visual brand across all organic social channels, email, and web, creating compelling, unique content that is on-brand, considers SEO relevance and customized for each platform. Looking for someone who can: · Create and execute thought leadership content, email content and social media strategies that align with company's brand and communications objectives. · Coordinate with Director to manage creative vendors (photographers, designers, videographers etc.) providing clear briefs and direction on all projects that align with and enhance the company's brand; Creating/re-mixing social content were relevant (ex. IG reels, stories) from content captured. · Bonus if you possess an innate knack for brand and aesthetic/a good eye for design/an understanding of what looks good and what doesn’t (and what is on brand and is not). · Develop and manage the content calendar for all company's channels, collaborating with various internal stakeholders (ex. Marketing, sales, design) to ensure relevant and timely information sharing. · Drive and contribute to original content ideation with the marketing, sales, and design teams, leveraging your insights into what content resonates best with the target audiences and recommend improvements. · Actively participate in annual communications planning, translating this to an annual content calendar. · Craft compelling email content for marketing emails, and ecommerce or customer experience communications (post-sale communications, product manuals, and client care etc.). · Build and manage marketing email programs and collaborate with Digital & Ecommerce Leader on ecommerce emails and CX communications. · Collaborate with Digital & Ecommerce Leader to craft social ads and SEO plan execution for website. · Ensure consistency in the content communications: Social, Email, Web, Sales, and Product content. · Set relevant metrics and manage monthly and annual reporting, analytics, recommendations across all organic channels, web, and email programs. · Monitor the company’s online reputation and encourage a positive online community by responding in a timely fashion to all inbound messages (ex. Instagram DM’s, post comments, Google Reviews etc.). · Collaborate as required with Sales, Customer Care and Claims on review responses, providing scripts or issue management messaging support as required. · Provide reporting, benchmarking, and creating data-driven insights and recommendations.
