Strong Vocalist for Musical Review Theatre Performance

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Looking for a strong vocalist, dancer, and performer for a musical review theatre performance. Please, see the details below. Rate: $1000 Total. Additional information: The company is a vocal trio singing the best of the best music from the 1950s to current day. Applicant MUST have dance ability and be able to learn choreography via video tutorials. Please inform directors of your experience with singing in harmony. Harmonies and vocal arrangements are to be learned by ear with vocal recordings. The role we are looking to fill should encompass the vocal power, style, and soul of some of the iconic performers of the past. Directors will be prioritizing BIPOC performers for this project, but all applicants who meet the above criteria will be considered. Diversity and inclusion are core values of our casting process. Show Dates: August 17th evening, August 18th matinee. Rehearsal Dates: Four 2 hour rehearsals TBD. Seeking singers with a strong belt and a powerful voice to audition for an upcoming project that celebrates the essence of musical legends. Deadline: July 19, 2024, 10pm.
