He’s terrified of public speaking; his poll numbers are impressively bad. To his ever-supportive Chief of Staff, Ned seems destined to fail. But political consultant Arthur Vance sees things differently: Ned might be the worst candidate to ever run for office. Unless the public is looking for… the worst candidate to ever run for office. A timely and hilarious comedy that skewers politics and celebrates democracy. Rate: No Pay – Volunteer Organization Additional info: PERFORMANCE DATES: September 6th – October 6th, 2024. Callbacks will be by invitation on Wednesday, July 17th 2024, if required. The first read-through will be on July 22nd. The director is asking all auditioners to prepare a short comedic monologue. Rehearsal schedule will be determined based on cast and facility availability. The show runs Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday afternoon from September 6th through October 6th, three additional matinees on September 14th, 28th, and October 5th with no evening show on October 5th. No conflicts will be allowed for performance dates.
