B-roll scene #2 – Older woman walking down to a dock, hopping in a kayak with her friend. Rate: $400 flat (can be adjusted if needed). Net 45, can sometimes go over this. Additional info: Location: B-Roll scene #1 – Shockoe ; B-roll scene #2 – Chester. Date & Time: Scene #1 – 4/24 (8 hours – likely less) ; Scene #2 – 4/26 (8 hours – likely less).
