During her relationship with Denise, she is warm and joyful, but after Denise's sudden shift, she oscillates between despair and anger. Lisbeth, Ciara's cousin, comes from a strong working-class background and doesn’t take nonsense from anyone. She is Ciara’s loyal confidant and the voice of reason in her life.
Denise’s long-time friend, Mason, is kind and easygoing but can be tough when necessary. Unaware of Denise and Ciara's relationship, he finds himself inadvertently caught in the middle.
A volleyball player and friend of Lisbeth. She is friendly toward Denise, primarily because her boyfriend, Bo, is part of Denise's social circle.
