Seeking male and female talent for the "Urinetown" musical. Please see the details below. About the project: This is a musical about a water shortage where pay toilets have become the norm. Additional info: The 'Down On Your Luck' Chorus will need singers and dancers, and also background characters - so if your dance skills are 'poor' they may still be of use. There is a place in this play for everyone - a whole town of people, in fact. It would be nice to do a happy musical where directors don't tell the audience that their way of life is unsustainable...well, maybe next time. If interested, please apply.

Major Character. The dashing young everyman who works for Miss Pennywise as the Assistant Custodian at the poorest, filthiest urinal in town; the eventual protagonist and romantic hero who starts a revolution, and falls in love with Hope Cladwell along the way.
Major Character. The evil president and owner of the Urine Good Company, a miserly moneygrubber who gleefully exploits the poor.
Major Character. Cladwell's ravishingly beautiful daughter, torn between her love for her father and her new love for Bobby. Having just returned from the Most Expensive University in the World, she eventually joins Bobby as part of the Revolution.
Major Character. The tough, jaded warden of the poorest, filthiest urinal in town. A shrewd, penny-scrounging cheapskate, Pennywise is a figure of authority and lives to maintain order at the public bathrooms, but harbors a surprising secret.
