Lives with Sonia in Bucks County. Resigned to his life, more or less, at least compared to Sonia. A lost intellectual that is experiencing the world moving too fast around him. "VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE"

Vanya’s adopted sister. Lives with Vanya in Bucks County. Discontent, upset, regretful, and often feels overshadowed by Masha. She yearns for a late-life adventure. "VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE"

Vanya and Sonia’s sister. Glamorous and successful actress who goes gallivanting around the world. She brings along her new boy-toy, Spike, to the family’s house. "VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE"

An aspiring actor who’s Masha’s new companion. Self-absorbed. Please note, this character has moments of undress in the show and the actor needs to be comfortable performing onstage in a speedo. An intimacy director will be included in the process. "VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE"

Lovely, sincere would-be actress. She is visiting her aunt and uncle next door when she stumbles upon meeting Masha and her family. Starstruck and energetic. "VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE"

Cleaning lady and soothsayer. Eccentric and captivating. "VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE"

Always punctual and prepared. Although extremely cautious, will attempt to try something new in the name of friendship. "WIPEOUT"

Always a little overdressed, outspoken, and veers away from talking about the hard stuff. "WIPEOUT"

Always late with a saga of an excuse, spirited, and always eager for a new adventure. "WIPEOUT"

Surf instructor. Young and enthusiastic but has an old soul hiding under the surfer persona. "WIPEOUT"

Iranian woman. Sort of mean. Deeply protective, loves fiercely. "WISH YOU WERE HERE"

The peacemaker. Religious, perceptive but dreamy, sentimental. "WISH YOU WERE HERE"

Iranian woman. Happy-go-lucky. Playful, a bit aloof, impulsive. "WISH YOU WERE HERE"

Iranian woman. A little uptight. Fretful in a loving way, very smart, very particular. Doubles as the role of New Friend. "WISH YOU WERE HERE"

Iranian woman. The queen of cool. Effortless, candid, confident. "WISH YOU WERE HERE"

Latino. Works in construction as it allows him to lay low from his citizenship status, and very few people know except his closest friends. He is desperately trying to find a way to let go of his inner demons and anger to be a better husband in his faltering marriage.

Dancer turned yoga instructor. Pushed aside his dreams of being a professional dancer and found stability in teaching yoga. In his heart, connected to his parents’ culture but by way of appearance and dance industry, couldn’t fully assimilate. Having a dance background is a plus.

Friend of Hector and Pedro through work in construction. Doesn’t want to feel left out from the boys. Very invested in his machismo. Has a hard time respecting the businessmen who walk by, and anyone else who doesn’t fit a norm. Still finding himself (but doesn’t know it) and learning to appreciate differences in others.

Friend of Hector and Pedro through construction work. A good man in his soul and surprises his friends through his open mind. Works very hard to be a good man for his wife and comfortable with who he is as a person.

Any race/ethnicity that does not appear Latino. He’s a student of Julián’s, and a young professional. What we do know is his wife’s about to have a baby, and he’s honest enough to come around and be truthful about his role in her life.
