Santa’s Right-hand elf. Very patient and kind but straightforward and to the point.
Christine’s less than fortunate classmate. He often gets the extent of Christine’s bullying.
The class tattletale, trying to get Christine punished, not out of malice but out of concern for others.
The class goodie-goodie, trying to get everyone in the holiday spirit.
The genuine/honest classmate, sees the good in most people and is not afraid to share what she thinks. Can be a bit excitable.
The quieter kid in class is a little more shy and awkward. Sometimes he is afraid to speak up.
The smartest kid in class, trying to show how lowbrow Christine is, very knowledgeable, probably more than she should be.
The class teacher, very nurturing and kind to all the students, but often finds herself at odds with Christine.
The school principal. Cares for all his students but sees Christine a little too often.
Christine’s Dad. Very polite and apologetic for Christine’s actions, wants her to change her attitude.
Christine’s Mom. Supportive and loving but has had enough of Christine’s behavior.
Kind and loving father. Recently lost his job so he can’t afford the best Christmas for his family.
Gracious mother. Loves her family very much, wants to make sure Herbie has a nice Christmas.
Holly, Jolly, you know who he is. Shows appreciation for Christine’s efforts.
Our narrator, another one of Santa’s top elves.
This actor will read the stage directions for each scene to help illustrate the story as it happens.
