Dancer/Singer/Actors Sought For Musical "Wizard of Oz"

Seeking cast for "Wizard of Oz" show. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the breakdown below. About the project: Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film. The timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale travels from Kansas over the rainbow to the magical Land of Oz. Additional info: All roles are open and available. All ages are welcome. Families are encouraged. Please make sure you can fully commit to the rehearsal period and performance schedule before auditioning. You must be willing to make the show a priority. Audition Requirements: • Sing 30-60 seconds of a classic musical theatre song of your choice. You must sing with a device you provide. No a cappella auditions will be allowed. Even if you are interested in a non-singing role, directors would prefer you to still audition with a song. • Complete a dance audition, taught by the show choreographer (dress appropriately). • Bring a current photo of you from the shoulders up if available. • Provide ALL conflicts from November 6, 2023 through January 29, 2024 Callbacks: (by invitation only) Saturday, November 4, 2023 2:00pm – 5:00pm Rehearsal Dates: (Generally speaking) Nov. 6, 2023 – January 18, 2024 Monday – Thursday from 6:00–9:00pm Saturdays from 10 am – 2 pm Performance Dates: January 19, 20, 21 and 26, 27, 28, 2024 Fridays 7:30 pm Showtime and Saturdays 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm Showtime Sundays 2:00 pm Showtime For video submission info see the attachment.
