Nationwide Casting! Seeking parent with K-12 grade child that lives in the U.S. for an acclaimed NHK global documentary series. Please see more details below. About the project: Working title: Covid Shock as Seen by Citizens Sept 2023 Edition (Non-Union) Acclaimed NHK global documentary series showcases segments of people's lives as the pandemic is coming to an end and society goes back to "normal". Aug / Sept 2023 episode focuses on the effects that prolonged school shutdown and remote learning have left on school children across the globe. Rate: 2000$ compensation to be paid to the participating family. Additional info: Shooting for 10 or so days from mid-Aug - mid-Sept. The shooting schedule is to be determined per the participant's schedule and can be very flexible. Airing the story in Japan at the end of Sept. All filming is to be done remotely with the participant's smartphone. No filmmaker was present. Video footage is to be uploaded by the participant. If interested and available, please apply.
