Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" Broadway Musical Needs Singers
Auditions are now open for Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" Broadway Musical and the company is delighted to invite singers to participate. Please refer to the information provided below for further details. About the project: Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's classic, Beauty and the Beast. The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. The enchantment never ends in this romantic and beloved take on the classic fairytale. Additional info: Callbacks will be Sunday, March 26th from 1:00-3:00p. Please come prepared with a song (a capella or with a track) and be prepared to read from the script. Please wear or bring comfortable shoes and be prepared to learn a short dance combination. If you're auditioning for chorus only, you will not be required to read, however you WILL need to sing. (Dancer only is also available.) Various ages are needed and a variety of roles are available! Rehearsals will begin early April. The show dates will be June 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th.
