"Sweat" Show In Search of Performers

About the project: Filled with warm humor and tremendous heart, "Sweat" tells the story of a group of friends in Reading PA, who have spent their lives sharing drinks, secrets, and laughs while working together on the factory floor. But when layoffs and picket lines begin to chip away at their trust, the friends find themselves pitted against each other in a heart-wrenching fight to stay afloat. Winner of the 2017 Pulitzer Prize. Additional info: *Please park in the lot directly in front of the theatre. The theatre is the building with the bright blue awning and a ramp in the front* Callbacks, if needed, will be announced at a later date. Please come prepared with a one-minute comedic or dramatic monologue. Sides from the script will also be provided. Headshots and resumes are encouraged, but not required. Please bring a list of conflict dates. Male presenting. Dominican. Bar-back. He is a quiet, proud, hard-working, outcast who has ambitions to work in the factory but the union won't allow him in.
