Seeking performers for the production of "The Producers." Please see the details below for more information. Additional info: - Callbacks, if needed, will be held on the evening of Tuesday, February 7th. - Rehearsals will be held in various locations, typically within the Windham area, on Sundays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm; Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The first rehearsal will be Sunday, February 12th, and will likely include a Tap Dance workshop. See below for “How to Prepare for Auditions for a Musical” below. - Performance Dates are April 28th, 29th, and 30th, 2023. Tech week begins Sunday, April 23rd, and attendance every night during Tech week is MANDATORY, as is our SET STRIKE AND CLEAN UP following the final show on April 30th. - You are not required to prepare a monologue, however, a prepared monologue is always welcomed and preferred to be in the same style as the show. If you have a prepared one, you may audition with it along with cold readings from the script. - Please prepare 16 to 32 bars of a song of your choosing – singing from the show is welcome but not required. Please bring a track, or sheet music in the proper key; an accompanist will be available. Ideally, sheet music should be printed one-sided, with no staples. You may be asked to read from the script. - Please be dressed to dance. Our Choreographer will teach you some dance steps.
