About the project: Logline: After the fall of capitalism, a group of survivors establishes a commune liberated from ableism, until an outsider threatens their way of life. This short science fiction film is set in a post-capitalist world and centers on a commune where disabled people have everything they need to exist. The film explores ableism, disability justice, community care, and a world where disabled and nondisabled people are equally valued and equitably cared for.
