Additional information: Actors selected for the production will be expected to provide their own wardrobe and transportation to and from set. This project is being created by filmmakers who are passionate about storytelling and are committed to creating a strong cinematic production with the resources available to them. Background Expectations: Must be comfortable taking direction. Must be comfortable repeating actions as required for multiple takes. Must be available for the scheduled filming period communicated by production. No previous acting experience is required for background roles. Reliability is extremely important. Rena is Nichole's friend, cynical, and emotionally aggressive.
Val is friend to Nichole & Rena, Val is softer, conflicted, and morally aware.
Susan is a character who is struggling with addiction and finds herself in situations where she is vulnerable to manipulation and exploitation. Looking for: Strong dramatic acting, ability to portray vulnerability, emotional intensity without becoming exaggerated. Ability to portray instability, desperation, fear, and uncertainty.
Casting three officers with professional presence and ability to portray authority without overacting, with clear and confident dialogue delivery. Candidates with fire arm training will be a plus.
Interviewers must be able to create a professional and believable environment.
