Cast and Extras Call for "Brothers Of Metal" Film

About the project: Eren and Jarrod have been best friends for years, bound together by their metal band, Sun Eater, and the dream of making music on their own terms. But now in their mid-twenties, Jarrod is beginning to build a life outside the band, balancing a job, a relationship, and the responsibilities of adulthood, while Eren remains fiercely committed to the future they once imagined together. When Eren crashes Jarrod’s shift at a record store and pushes his obsession with the band too far, years of unspoken frustration erupt into a fight that threatens both Sun Eater and their friendship. Forced to confront what growing up actually means, the two must decide whether change means selling out—or simply finding a new way to keep the things they love in their lives. Rate: Non-Union. Shoot/Performance Location(s) Vancouver, BC. Submission Deadline September 17, 2026. Full day availability for shoot dates October 3-4th is a requirement. When applying, please submit your resume, demo reel, and head shots, indicating which role you want to be considered for. If the production is interested, they'll ask for a self-tape with a scene from the script. Candidates who move forward will then come in for an audition/chemistry test, and the roles are determined the same day.
