Seeking performers for "Constellations" play. Please find the details below. About the project: One relationship. Infinite possibilities. In how many universes would you love someone? An Olivier award-winning play about free will and friendship, quantum multiverse theory, love, and honey. Roland is a beekeeper. Marianne is a quantum physicist. What are their odds of falling in love? With infinite moments that can change the trajectory of a life, it's anyone's guess how cosmic collision is possible. This play moves from the question of "what if" to a poignant picture of "what is." Rate: $400/week. Additional info: Callbacks: September 20th, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Prepare 2 contrasting monologues not exceeding 3 minutes total. Bring an 8x10 headshot with up-to-date resume cut to size and stapled back to back. Performers of all gender identities, ethnic, and racial backgrounds encouraged to attend. All experience levels welcome. First rehearsal: March 22nd, 2027. Performances: April 8th–18th, 2027. (Female Presenting) A brilliant, quick-witted, and fiercely independent theoretical physicist. She is highly articulate but must navigate a deteriorating medical diagnosis (a brain tumor) that sometimes affects her speech and motor skills.
(Male Presenting) A straight-laced, easy-going beekeeper. He is grounded, deeply emotional, and often awkward, providing an emotional anchor to Marianne's high-concept intellect.
