About the project: "Oldies but Goldies" is a new original play about three elderly men (Walter, Harry, and Theodore) who somehow manage living together. Since they are a bit messy and not getting any younger either they have to admit that they might need a housekeeper. So they organize a housekeeper casting in order to hopefully find the right person. Unfortunately things don't go quite as planned which leads to a lot of chaos and funny moments in the show. Additional info: Even though the character are elderly directors strongly encourage actors of all kinds of different ages to apply. Non union. Callback: July 5th, 11pm. Rehearsals: July 13th-17th July 20th-24th. They will work around every actors availability with the rehearsals. Show dates: July 26th 2:30pm August 23rd 2:30pm September 27th 3:30pm. Elderly, former teacher, he was never married. Theodore is the most sane person in the house and tried to keep it clean and organized. He loves his friends but hates their chaos and it stresses him out a lot.
Elderly, he thrives in chaos. His hobbies: being lazy, doing nothing, watching soccer. He also thinks he is a womanizer when he really isn't.
Elderly, Walter is the calm and collective one in the household. Nothing could ever stress him out. He speaks with a lot of sarcasm and irony.
Angelique is one of the applicants for the housekeeping position. She is a true lady, very particular and loves pink.
Anna is a professional trained butler and also applying for the position as a housekeeper. She is an absolute perfectionist and any kind of chaos stresses her out.
Lexi is an exotic dancer who is also applying for the job. (No intimacy required).
Elderly, Josephine is Harry's older stepsister who decides to move in with Harry, Walter and Theodore, without asking anyone. She appears very fragile on the outside but her mind is very sharp. It would be a big mistake to underestimate her.
Marge is Josephine's unofficial assistant and also applying as a housekeeper.
