Menacing gargoyles hunch hideously on its ledges. Both witness she is kind and generous to those around her. But just how good is Griselle? A wager by other worldly forces is made on Christmas Eve and Griselle is presented with trials not even an angel would want to face. In this dramatic adaptation of a modern fairy tale, adults and children alike will find themselves immersed in its telling through music, movement and more. The lives of Griselle, her creatures, her friends and her enemies will brighten your heart. A Winter Wager will take you on a lively journey, perhaps even to the land of......... Happily Ever After. Additional information: Location and directions will be given to those who are auditioning. What to prepare: Please prepare a short (1-2 minute) monologue, poem or prose.
