Casting Call "Twelve Angry Men" Stage Play
"Twelve Angry Men" play casting actors. See more info below. About the project: "Over the course of a steamy and tense afternoon, twelve jurors deliberate the fate of a 19-year-old boy standing trial for killing his father. A seemingly open-and-shut case quickly turns complicated when one of the jurors begins to ask questions, igniting passion and hidden prejudices among the group." Additional info: Auditions will consist of readings from the script. Scripts are widely available online. Ages listed are character ages but actors in a broad age range are encouraged to audition. All characters are men but actors of any male-presenting gender are encouraged to audition. Actors of all races, ethnicities, abilities, and sexualities are encouraged to audition. Video submissions will not be accepted. This is an ensemble piece. REHEARSALS: There will be a few early rehearsals in August but they will not begin in earnest until September. Rehearsals will primarily be Mondays-Thursdays from 7:00-9:30 PM. Due to the nature of the play and the shorter rehearsal period, all actors will be called to most rehearsals. Please bring any conflicts between August 6th and October 25th to auditions. PERFORMANCE DATES: October 16-25, 2026. Friday, and Saturday shows begin at 7:30PM. Sunday shows begin at 2:30PM. If you are interested, please apply.
