About the project: This musical drama tells the story of David Crockett during his years in Lawrence County (1818-22), bringing local history to life through music, folklore and storytelling. Additional info: Performances, featuring a cast of local volunteer performers and celebrating the rich heritage of Lawrence County, will be held at 7 p.m. nightly July 6-12 (excluding July 8), with a 2 p.m. matinee on July 12.
