About the project: SYNOPSIS: The gripping psychological thriller that inspired the 1948 Alfred Hitchcock and Jimmy Stewart film of the same name gets a tantalizing new adaptation. Brandon and Lewis, two privileged young men, commit a calculated murder, then host a dinner party for the victim’s acquaintances in the very room where the body is hidden. Convinced they are intellectually superior, the killers believe it is the “perfect murder” and getting caught is impossible. As the evening progresses, tension builds from one moment to the next as Brandon grows bolder, testing his cleverness, and Lewis gets nervous, becoming increasingly erratic.
