6 role s
Mid-30s, Mexican; A “black cat” energy. An anti-hero. More vulnerable than she lets on. Sebastian’s twin (older by 5 minutes). Funny. Honest.
Mid-30s, Mexican; Xochi’s twin. Lovely, calm, funny. Sometimes unreadable. A sadness beneath the surface. Trying.
A “golden retriever” energy, but not dumb. Just a genuinely nice guy. An “I got this” energy. An “I can take care of you” strength. Juan’s best friend from high school. Probably the only white kid at their high school, so he can hang, you know? Trying.
Mexican; Juan and the twins’ mom. Sharp, elegant, matter-of-fact. Genuinely terrifying when she wants to be. Grieving. Desperate for hope.
The “idealized” version of Xochi. On the surface she doesn’t seem like the brightest bulb, but she’s deceptively wise. And maybe a psychic? Warm, grieving, desperate for hope.
Mexican; The twins’ older brother. Cop energy, but not actually a cop. Loud, mean, grieving.
