About the project: Logline: In this modern retelling of Little Red Riding Hood, an underage Reid ventures into a nightclub for the first time. When he locks eyes with a seductively sly older man, he finally feels wanted. But under the street lights, the man’s insatiable charisma now seems ravenous, and the boy must confront a terrifying truth: some people are truly wolves in sheep's clothing. Rate: Non-union. Volunteer, Reel Footage, and end credits. Additional information: Directors will be hosting Zoom Auditions on April 4th all day, and April 5th after 2 pm PST. Shoot Dates: Early April (9th-14th). Lead. Average height, slim build. Reid is in the midst of queer adolescent self-discovery. There's a cautious optimism to him, and he sees the world full of possibility, even if he's not sure where he belongs in it yet. In the aftermath of a sexual assault, he struggles to fully process his experience and broken worldview. To persevere, he must suppress his emotions, and only once he gets ‘out of the woods’ does the impact of the night begin to hit him.
