Looking to cast actors for "Helper" short film. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: "Helper" is a 5-10 minute short film detailing the "therapist friend" and how they can relate to AI. It's a piece exploring how some people place their entire worth into being useful and needed by others, in a way similar to that of AI. It is in no way glorifying AI, and nor has it been used in the creation of the piece. Rate: $100 per actor. Additional info: Western Virginia locals recommended. Recording planned for late April or early May. The film location will be decided after the actors are picked. Please find the sides attached. If you've been so low that you've showed up to a friend's house in tears, this is the role for you! (No judgement, life is like that) Oli is the sweet and sensitive friend with a big heart. When things pile up for them, it gets heavy quick. They cry a lot in this piece.
A voice actor is needed to record an overlayed AI voice, who acts as a mirror of Rae.
