Who we used to be is a southern/Midwest gothic short film based in Arlington, Missouri. It is a short film Produced in the Kansas city metro area. We offer a small stipend, since This is a small budget production film. We are an independent film group, looking for our cast and grew! We have already got many applicants and in search of our perfect cast! I can't wait to see everyone's talent!

Masie Grey, graduates colleges and moves back to her home town. Where she sees her highschool bestfriends and gets a nostalgic feel, not knowing if she wants to spend the rest of her life there or move away.
Dakota is a smoker and an alcoholic, he is Masie's highschool boyfriend. When they see each other everything goes silent.
Kenzye is one of Masies 4 Bestfreinds. she is the first one to notice Masie is back home. Kenzye is an easy to talk to friend.
Victoria is the friend who sticks up for her people, she doesn’t let anyone mess around with them. and when someone does mess with them she doesn’t hesitate to say something.
Jadee is the friend who never wants to feel lonely, she loves being around her people, and when Masie went to college she felt like apart of her was missing. but when she finally saw her, her heart grew and she was so happy.
Lauren is the rebellious type, She’s always looking for trouble.
