Casting 2 Roles for upcoming short film. The movie observes multiple character's lives in the digital age and how easily danger can be brought on by unsuspecting individuals. Using minimal locations, story, and characters, the movie aims to poke fun at and show an uncompromising view on how people, particularly Gen Z, can live in the same space but operate in completely different realities. Non-White, Early 20s, post-graduate drifter. Has little motivation or care for many things. He scrolls on his phone constantly and is detached from everyday life. Ideal candidate should have an unreadable, mysterious look in their eyes, like there may be a possibility of danger or detachment.
White, Early-20s. He is a performative YouTuber, ignorant, self-indulgent and unaware in his surroundings. He lives in his own world while dragging his friends along with him. Slightly manipulative and not afraid to bring up the elephant in the room.
