About the project: SYNOPSIS: A sibling love story about reunions, resentment, reconnection, and wrestling with demons. For a long time, LIL has been obsessed with fighting, and one fighter in particular: her older brother BIG, an aging but successful figure in the local Mixed Martial Arts circuit. But she’s been doing it all from afar until one day when she decides to show up on his doorstep. Rate: LORT Non-Rep $1213 weekly minimum (LORT B) $889 weekly minimum (LORT D) Additional info: No advanced appointments. Equity Members will be seen on first come, first serve basis. Sign-up sheet will be started at 9:30am. Audition Lunch 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM. PREPARATION: Please prepare a short monologue and/or short song. Auditions may not exceed 3-minutes total. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music. Also, please bring a copy of your headshot and resume stapled all four corners back-to-back. Always bring your equity card to EPAs. Doesn't talk much but when they do it's searingly honest. Observant. Wishes for more than they've had; different things than they've had. Physically imposing. A strong mover.
BIG's younger sister. A Mixed Martial Arts fighter on their way up. Strong, but not that tough. Scrappy. Wears their heart on their sleeve. Talks a lot but takes a while to get to the truth. Yearning. A cheeky, vibrating ball of potential; give them a shot and watch them capitalize. Physically a match for BIG - strong/tall/solid. A strong mover.
