Seeking a female for "Brace Yourself," a short film. Details are listed below. ONLY EAST COAST TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Logline: 15-year-old Mia is going to kill herself... but not until she gets her braces off. Brace Yourself; dark comedy short from writer/director Chloe Sarbib (Sundance Labs; CW's: IN THE DARK) and producers Rtusha Kulkarni, Damon Owlia (Emmy Nominated: THE ACCIDENTAL WOLF), and Jonathan Olson (Oscar Winner: THE NEIGHBORS WINDOW). This project is being supported by the Jerome Hill Production Grant and Tribeca/Chanel's Through Her Lens program. Rate: $250 per day. Additional info: No previous acting experience required. Talent can be based anywhere on the East Coast. Shoot dates: May 2026 (exact dates TBD) Shoot location: NY & NJ.
