Lead An obsessive pianist who wants nothing more than to become the best. Henry is self-centered, determined, and doesn’t bother himself with the distractions that surround his life, even his family and friends. This actor must be an adequate pianist, be able to convey injuries after a car accident resulting in nerve damage to the hands and display an emotional shift in affection towards the lead female.
Lead An oblivious love interest towards Henry. She is the complete opposite from Henry. She is caring, sweet, soft spoken, and kind. This actor must be able convey a wide range of emotions as Henry causes her to feel pain, hurt, and then eventually love again.
The single mother of Henry, who is sweet, empathetic, and kind. She cares for Henry after his accident, and still treats him as his little boy, even with his aspirations to be a world renown pianist. This actor must be able to portray a mother well and be able to carry objects on a tray for one of the scenes. They must be able to convey empathy well, and a mother-like love.
