Professional, grounded, and quick-thinking. Alex believes in staying positive even when situations spiral out of control. He should feel authentic, relatable, and subtly vulnerable, with strong listening skills, natural dialogue delivery, and emotional restraint. Much of the performance relies on facial expression, timing, and voice rather than physical movement. Clean, approachable, intelligent. No extreme stylization — this character should feel real.
