Grace is the embodiment of purity and obedience. While she strives to meet the expectations imposed on her, Grace is deeply conflicted by her role within the cult and her forbidden love for Lilith.
Lilith is the black sheep among the wives, resentful of Father Vincent and disillusioned with her life in the cult. Hardened and emotionally distant, she keeps everyone at arm's length except Grace, with whom she shares a rare and genuine connection.
Ivy is a devoted wife who desperately seeks Father Vincent's approval. She is relentless in her efforts to please him, yet is continually dismissed and overlooked. Deeply devout, she maintains unwavering faith in the cult and its beliefs.
Father Vincent, the cult leader, is charismatic, charming, and enthusiastically persuasive, with an undercurrent of instability. He craves adoration, control, and absolute devotion. He is fixated on Grace, openly hostile toward Lilith, and perpetually irritated by Ivy.
