Equity actors needed for roles in 2026 season show "A Danger to Yourself and Others". See the details below. Rate: CORST $807 weekly minimum (Tier zz) Additional info: Audition lunch 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Please note: Most actors will be cast in 2 or 3 shows. Contracts are typically either for 6 or 8 weeks depending on track. PREPARATION Please prepare 1 or 2 short monologues that are appropriate for the season. No more than 2 minutes total of material. An accompanist will be provided ONLY on Friday February 6th. Bring headshot and resume stapled together. EPA Procedures are in effect for this audition. An Equity Monitor will be provided. Male presenting. Confident, charming, persuasive con artist. Good at manipulation, but not a villain in his own mind.
Male presenting. A decent, earnest, insecure guy who overthinks things, discovers his own ability to turn the tables on Charlie and Leah. Falls into infatuation with Leah but discovers trust and intimacy with Mara. This role requires intimacy, including kissing.
Female presenting. Quick-witted, seductive, excellent con artist, fully able to improvise and manipulate Eddie.
Female presenting. Computer genius. Less vulnerable than she looks. Fledgling con artist who poses as a vulnerable young woman looking for her birth mom, able to pivot fast to her real, savvy hacker self.
Female presenting. Psychologist in training. Less of an expert than she thinks and can be easily impressed.
Female presenting. Guidance counselor. Fellow victim of Charlie and Leah’s scam who bonds with Eddie to take revenge. Sweet, dry sense of humor, passionate and earnest. This role requires intimacy, including kissing.
