About the project: The show follows charismatic con man Harold Hill as he brings music, chaos, and unexpected love to River City, Iowa. Performers of all experience levels are welcome, from first-time auditioners to seasoned actors. Families are encouraged to audition together. Additional info: Callbacks: If needed, scheduled at a later date Preparation Requirements: Photo and résumé encouraged but not required Sing 16–32 bars of a musical theatre song Must sing with a Bluetooth device or personal accompaniment (no a cappella) Participate in a movement/dance audition Read from provided sides Complete an audition form and conflict sheet Dress appropriately to move Rehearsals & Commitment: Rehearsals held 3–4 times per week based on conflicts Tech week the week prior to opening No absences allowed during tech week or performances Performance Dates: April 9–12, 2026 April 17–19, 2026 If you are interested, please attend the auditions as scheduled.
