"A Rock's Story" Stage Play Seeking Cast
Theatre Company will hold auditions for the play "A Rock's Story: The 95% True Story of the Joke That Made a Million Dollars". Looking for actors. Please see the breakdown below. About the project: "A Rock's Story" tells the funny, fascinating story of the Pet Rock, a popular collectible toy in the 1970s. Rate: All roles are unpaid, but they collect tips at each performance that is divided amongst the cast. Additional info: No appointments. Just show up either day, between the hours listed. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. If you're new to the Theatre, please bring a current headshot, or face picture. Resumes are optional. Rehearsal Dates and Times: 7-9 p.m., February 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26; March 3, 4. TECH WEEK: March 9, 10, 11, 12 (7 p.m.-???) Show Dates and Times: March 13-30, 2026, Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 3 p.m. If you are interested, please apply.
