Casting Performers for "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" Play

Looking for a diverse cast of performers for "A Midsummer Night’s Dream". ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the breakdown below. Additional info: Performing Arts Center of Rapid City. Use South Street Entrance. Choose a day to audition and sign up for a slot below. If interested and unable to attend any audition time or callbacks, please contact merlyn@bhct.org by Monday, Dec. 14 to make alternative arrangements. PREPARATION: Auditions will consist of in depth scene work. Actors should review the scenes provided and be prepared to embody multiple characters and make big physical choices. CALLBACKS: If needed, callbacks will be Thursday, December 18 at 6:30pm, Performing Arts Center of Rapid City. Those who are needed to attend callbacks, will receive an email after the initial auditions. Callbacks will consist of additional readings from the script Important Dates: Monthly Rehearsals in January, February, March, and April dates dependent on actor availability Regular Rehearsals Sundays 5-9pm, M-Th 6:30-9pm begin May 3rd Public Performance Dates: June 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14 at 6pm Possible Private Performance Dates June 2, 3, 4, 10, 11 at 5pm See the sides attached.
