A slightly self-obsessed bisexual entertainer with commitment issues and a lack of any sort of life plan, David has made a job of partying. The energy he brings to queer Miami nightlife is sought out, but he has a reputation of taking things too far and being reckless.

A repressed gay monk who is extremely committed to his faith and religion. A well-meaning but gullible and naive God fearing guy with big emotions. Gareth loves Jesus more than anything and hates himself for lusting after men. He’s curious but cautious.

A well-respected lesbian entertainer, Lucia is down to earth but slightly cynical (she says she’s just realistic). She takes her job more seriously than David.

A gay artsy literature nerd who’s a bit of a control-freak. He’s not the type to party hard but respects the culture. David’s on-and-off again boyfriend who’s convinced David can and will change for him. Hopeless romantic. He works as an English tutor.

A self-hating monk, Gareth’s brother in Christ. He has it out for anyone who breathes the wrong way in this direction. The only satisfaction he gets out of life is persecuting people he deems undeserving of God’s light. He has convinced himself that his misery is inherent to being a servant of God.
