Touch Up is a short film about an immigrant family who are asked to act in a student film. As the father appears on the film set, their real struggles and hidden emotions begin to surface, blurring the line between acting and truth. Self-Tape (Preferred): You may submit a short self-tape (1–2 minutes). Video prompt: Tell a story about a recent event in your life. As you speak, imagine the interviewer asks a question that makes you uncomfortable. Let the story begin easily, but allow an internal tension to grow — leading to a pause or silence.
