About the project: Series Logline: A series of modern dating comedy sketches highlighting the highs and lows of young 20-something serial daters in downtown Toronto. While running from the shame and humiliation of having dated through most of Toronto’s eligible bachelors, SERIAL DATERS: On the Run, follows Ada and Sienna on their quest to find that perfect match. Storyline: Ada (early 20s) and SAM (early 30s) find themselves on a set-up and having already dated their way through most of Toronto, the guy is bored with the preamble, and the girl is pessimistic. Tensions rise when the guy wants to cut the small talk and go straight to the deep stuff. Rate: Non union. Unpaid. Demo footage provided, meals and transportation provided.
