Casting Male POC Talent for Installer Role
ROLE: We are casting one talent of color (male, age 25–45) to portray an insulation installer / home-performance technician working alongside a real construction crew. This is not an acting-heavy role — it’s a realistic, hands-on portrayal of a crew member for photography and short-form video used by a national home-performance association. You will be integrated into a live working crew for the day. Talent will simulate light tasks such as holding tools, handing materials, walking with the team, staging equipment, and standing in foreground shots while the real crew works in the background. No dangerous work, no power tools, and no climbing on the roof. WARDROBE & APPEARANCE: • Client will provide branded hoodie and long-sleeve shirt • Talent must supply their own work pants and work boots • Natural look; short facial hair/groomed acceptable • You will wear basic PPE (respirator, gloves, etc.) provided on set
